I just checked out your kennel page. YOU ARE JOKING RIGHT???? Dogs never make great gifts. Them being presents are one of the reason there are so many animals in the shelter today. Unlike a toy...you can't just throw it in the closet.

People are starting to figure out AKC papers mean nothing. AKC is just an organized group that holds a family tree...for dogs. Now if you were part of the Shih Tzu club of America....well that takes serious breeders. Also what shows have your dogs won? What good do AKC papers do if you can't prove your dogs are of good tzu quality?

And your prices are out of wack! I went to a professional breeder (of show puppies)

With a breeding contract...they were about $600

With a contract (not to breed) they were....$200

beats your prices by ALOT. And yes it includes declawing and such.

Just get it straigt...

What is up with everone breeding shih tzus???? The breed is getting ruined simply because people think they can breed them with out doing any research... The genetic throw backs are slowly ending up dying in animal shelters across the world. Puppies with such sever overbites they can't eat properly, puppies half bald and blotchy skin due to heridtory allergies, extreamly aggresive pups bred from aggresive parents (temperments can be herditory), not to mention the severly matted ones that the new owners didn't realize they need routine grooming.

This is ridiculous. You have no basis for breeding. Anyone can get a website, get AKC papers, and claim they have been breeding for 20 years. Your puppies are NOT AKC standard. I am willing to bet you do not even know the AKC standard for Shih-Tzus. Why do you keep on breeding? Your claim that "anyone can own one" is stupid. No one dog is the ideal dog for any one person. Every person who wants a dog should do their own research and then go adopt their perfect dog.

I agree that it is beyond pathetic that you are advertising here on Yahoo answers for homes for your dogs. I hope no one buys from you.
